Gorky popup.description2 Patients - of 120 patients with essential hypertensi -on (EH), 30 patients with congestive heart failure(CHF), 30 healthy volonteers Purpose - to work out the complex of medical and diagnostical measures to decrease of complicftion temp-orary unablebodied quality of patients with EH and CHF Methods - the condition of metabolism of calcium and magnesium (blood and erythrocyte concentration, renal transport, intestinal absorbtion), hormones, which the elaboration of methods of early diagnosis and pharmacological correction of isoionic, isovolemic and isotonic regulative mechanisms disturbancts in hypertension and heart failure regulate metabolism of calcium and magnesium (parathyroid hormone, calc-itoninum), plasma renin activity (pra), level of arterial pressure, m-echocar-doigraphy, veloergometry, occlusive pletysmography. Equipments - atomic absorbtive phot-ometer, echocardiograph, veloergome-ter, occlusive plethysmograph. Results - desturbances of calcium and magnesium metabolism (intes tinal absorbtion s decrease, renal excreton disturbance, reduction of tolerance test to calcium and magnesium, increa-se of production of parathyroid hormo-ne, decrease of 1,25 (oh)2d3 producti - on) and increase of activity of renin-an-giotensin system. efficacy of antihyper-tensive treatment depends on the corre-lation of disturbances pra and calcium and magnesium metabolism; it may be improve on the way of calcium and mag-nesium reception.
