Gorky popup.description2 . Object of the research of this activity is ill on obturaction an icterus after a cholecystectomia. The accuracy of diagnostic of the given pathology oscillates from 13 % up to 82 %; there is no generalpurpose method of diagnostic ОЖ, as there is no also diagnotor. There are no now unified tactical guidelines concerning selection of a way of completion ХЭ and volume of an operative measure. The purpose of activity is increase of efficiency of diagnostic and treatment ОЖ the ambassador ХЭ. We inspected and have conducted treatments 158 ill on this pathology. The designed diagnotor, that is applied to examination such ill. By the most rational methods is: BRIDLES, КТ, ЧЧХГ, ЭРПХГ. Designed tactics of management ill, both before operation, and in postoperative period. The selection of the most rational method of operating treatment is justified. The applying of methods of diagnostic and treatment, lowers which one offered, level after operational complications and lethality from 27,5 % до16,4 of % and f rom 4,35 % up to 2,1 % accordingly. Increase of a level of positive takes in distance the terms - on 31 %; a decrease of a level of poor outcomes(!as a result of) - on 18,3%. The treatment ill with the given pathology should be conducted in specialized separations.
