Thirty four children have undergrone a complex examination in the Regional Children Hospital the level of phenol extraction with urine being studied in 50 children. The purpose: development of methods of increasing antimutagenous protection of the body in an unfavourable ecologic setting as well as diseases with leading pathogenous syndrome. Methods: experimental, physiologic, biochemic, immunologic, genetic, statistical, clinical observations. Results: antimutagenous properties of heparin, antioxidizing, antimutagenous properties of trilon B. Interferon, pyrogenal, thymus hormone (T-activin) and corticosteroids (in the studied doses) enchance mutation under alkylizing preparations.The preparations used for treating children with leading immunopathologic syndrome cause changes in the central vegetative nervous system: when treated, 37,9% of the children were at the stage of overstrain , 58 % of the children had a high phenol level (over 5 mkg/ml), almost every examined child had a low level of MAO activity (10-40 times lower than the control one). While suing studying children before and after cytostatic therapy we determined biochemical criteria correlating with cytogenetic ones. Novelty: based on the experimental research we have pioneered criteria facilitating correction of treatment schemes of children with immunopathologic syndrome in the clinical setting. For the first time we have proved nonadvisability of using mutagenous stimulators with minimum doses of immunodepressants in immunocorregating therapy schemes as well as non-admission of using large doses of antibiotics and cytostatics combined with witicosteriods and interferons. One patent was granted and a favourable decision about an invention made.
