The developed technique of creation of uniform information environment uses modern information technologies and allows to create the unified concept of automation of financial and economic activity of Management of the ministry with use of the data, which are kept in different local databases, which use different DBMS. Use of uniform information environment realizes transition from the isolated fragments of information systems of the different manufacturers to the uniform distributed(allocated) open system, which elements cooperate at different levels and effectively use available resources irrespective of their site and manufacturer. The interaction of components of environment is realized on base of the standard open Highlevel protocols of an exchange of the data HTTP, databases SQL and interaction of processes CGI/ISAPI.
