Purpose of investigation: development, scientific and technical grounds, clinical approbation of different diagnosis of various types of the glenohumoral joint instability. Methods of investigation: conceptual and biomechanical simulation of pathologic condition, clinical and roentgenological diagnosing of instability. Conceptual model of pathogenesis of the glenohumoral joint is developed, etiopathogenetic classification of the disease is created. A new mechanism of stabilization of the glenohumoral joint unknown before is described. New methods of roentgenological diagnosis and methods of examination of patients with the glenohumoral joint instability were elaborated. The obtained knowledge can be applied: for scientific purposes - in the normal and pathological physiology, biomechanics, in the methodology of scientific research (conceptual simulation, classif ication schemes); in clinical practice - for proper clinical diagnosing and right choosing of curative measures.
