Purpose of investigation: to develop a new technique of treatment of the fractures of the humerus condyle on the basis of data about pathogenesis of ulnar contractures. Methods of investigation: clinical, roentgenological, biomechanical, biochemical, pathophysiologic, morfologic with morfometric analysis, statistical. On the basis of scientific and theoretical, experimental and roentgenological investigations criteria of indications to conservative and operative methods of treatment for the humerus condyle fractures are developed. It gives a possibility to avoid substitution of the curative method. The possibility and necessity of early moving of the ulnar joint when treating conservatively are justified. A simple but effective complex of curative measures accounting the character of different stages of the posttraumatic period is proposed. A new method of humerus condyle osteosynthesis providing stable fixation on the basis of ca reful treating bone and soft tissues is developed. For the first time the technique of treatment of intraarticular fractures of the humerus condyle taking into account factors that take part in the pathogenesis of contractures is proposed.
