Aim: correction of spermatogenesis disorders by the original nonsteroid compound (katiazin).Methods: the organic synthesis, physiological, cytological. Results: the original compound katiazin has been elaborated. On the experimental models of pathospermia with different etiology katiazin shows the spermatomodulating effect and strengthens the absolute and relative androgenization of organism. The compound is a little toxic. The data obtained show that katiazin can be carried out as the new drug for the male infertility treatment. Sphere of use: endocrinology (andrology).
