Aim of the work: to develop standardized trchnologies of diagnostics and treatment of mammary, thyroid and genitalia tumors. Research methods: common clinical, ultrasound, morphological, cytological, immunological, radioimmunological methods. The results obtained and novelty of the research: the wide usage of new diagnostic methods favoured early revealing of oncological diseases and rendering timely and effective surgical, therapeutical, radiotion and complex therapy; it favoured recovery, prolongation of survival, improving of life quality of the patients. Novelty: For the first time in Ukraine "Amniocor " (f vtdicine which eliminates an immuno depressive influence) was used during postoperative radiation therapy of thyriod cancer patients, and an advisability of its abligatory prescription had been proved. It was ascertained that patients with bening thyroid pathology havin changes in immuno-hormonal status and increased levels of tumor markes constitute a risk group of neoplastic process in the thyroid. Level of introduction: the developed programs of early diagnostics and treatment of thyroid, mammary and genitalia diseases have been introduced in the clinical departments of the institute; 28 articles and 1 lecture abstract have been published; a methodical recommendation draft has been developed; 3 invention application have been handed in.
