The subject of the research is set of clinical data of a radiological oncological institution. Objecttive. The objective of the work is create an automated technique for statistical analysis of this data set. Methods and Equipment. To achieve this objective methods of algoritmization and original programming were used, as well as statistical processing of data with general-purpose statistical software. Results. The work done resulted in a data base containing about 400 patient records, algorithms and programs for selecting and extracting information of interest, and some results of statistical analysis of data on 4 oncological pathologies. Novelty. The original software for data selection is innovate. New distinctive differences of some parameters for different pathologies were revealed.
