Factors which negatively influence on the quality of examination and rehabilitation of patients were revealed. According to the results of clinical findings of 157 patients and persons from control group the peculiarities of clinical symptoms, course of disease, compensation of cochleovestibular disoders were determined. Valuing criteria of hearing and vestibular function were improved. The measures for improvement medical social schem of examination and rehabilitation of disableds were proposed.
