The method of the combined analytical form 241Am and 90Y purification from Fe(III) was developed. To avoid the combined analytical form contamination by Fe(III), the column with adsorbed 241Am and 90Y shall be washed with reducing solution of ascorbic acid in 0,1 M HNO3. The developed method of consequent separation and determination of the 90Sr, 241Am, 238Pu and the sum 239,240Pu from a single soil sample passed the state attestation attestation procedure in the State Scientific and Production Union "Metrology" at Kharkov.
