The developing and investigation of novel effective heat removal surfaces with improved mass and geometry parameters for heat regimes optimization of heat-loading electronic devices in its systems of cooling and thermo-stabilization were conducted.The method of realization is expiremental investigation of heat transfer of developed heat transfer surfaces by way of temperature field measurement by thermo-electrical converters and average heat transfer coefficient determination. The thermo efficiency of developed specimens of novel heat transfer surfaces with mesh-wire finning is 1,1-2,1 and mass-dimensions parameter is 1,4-2,8 times greater than these parameters of current heat transfer surfaces.
