The developed programs of visualization of the integrated ecological information on a cartographical basis with use of modern geoinformation systems (GIS-technologies) that allows to build both multiplane small-scale ecological cards, and cards, which reconstruct man-caused of change at a local level. The recommendations concerning introduction of system of use analytical and predication of the information on a condition of components of an environment for acceptance of the administrative decisions are developed for bodies of local management.
