The structure of necessary legal and normative maintenance is determined, the appropriate projects of the normative documents are developed. The current situation with RAW in Ukraine is analysed, the volumes and rates of accumulation RAW behind the basic categories are determined. Necessary volume of means on closest 10 years and main possible directions of their expenses is appreciated. By results of the analysis the reasonable spefications of deductions of the enterprises for formation RAW are determined. Also certain limiting terms of a storage RAW at the enterprises and spefications of payments for a storage RAW over these terms.
