The purpose of the given work is developing of the system of automatic control of process of synthesis of supersolid materials (SM), functioning in fuzzy conditions and productivity, ensuring increase of productivity of the technological equipment at decrease of the requirements to qualification of the operator. For achievement of this purpose the analysis of the process equipment and processes occuringin it, as object of control is executed; the linguistic model of technological process of synthesis is developed on the basis of the mathematical device of fuzzy logic; the return linguistic model of process of synthesis (SM) is developed; the estimated base of knowledge of the operator is developed; the intellectual control system of process of synthesis is developed; the technique of synthesis of an intellectual control system of technological process of synthesis SM is develop ed . It will allow to optimize a course of technological processes, to increase percent of an output of products of necessary quality, to reduce expenses of materials and power resources, to improve working conditions of the operators.
