Object of investigation - metabolic processes in organism, serum, salive, urine, feces, laboratory animals, children of preschool age, microcenosis of large intestine, microorgnisms, methods of correction, calcium medicine, accounting documentations of medical prophylactic organizations, atmospheric air, drinking water. On the basis of study of incidences of ecological diseases in sulfur mining geoprovinces, processes of biotransformation of sulfur compounds, degree, character and duration of ecometabolic and microcenotic changes in an organism, new method of prophylactic of ecological diseases and correction of disbiotic disturbs in the large intestine with the use of medicine of calcium in po pulation, which live under pressure of sulfur was worked out. Treatment with calcium increases the calcium level in an orgnism by 40-45 %, prevents development of ecological deseases in 41 % and disbacteriosis of large intestine in 35 % of cases.
