Thin films of Cr (30 nm and 1мm) was deposited using thermal evaporation technique on to Al (25 мm) substrate in high vacuum chamber. Before annealing the effect of the condensation stimulaning diffusion takes place. Both bulk and grain boundary diffusion coefficient at the temperatures 723 and 823K were determined. According to the calculations, after annealing the transition layer increases and diffusion occurs mainly along grain boundaries. Structure, phase composition and same of physical properties of thin films of sistem Cu-Mn-Ni was also investigated. Fine grain structures and wide transition layers have been obtained due to experimentally selected deposition regime.
