The generalized mass-transfer multistage model is developed for the several diffusion processes including the oxidation processes on the free surface. The conditions of the creation of transition layers diffusion barriers are investigated for the range of thin films interface. The comparison study of the composition distribution in surface layers and at interface in thin film systems of "HTSC-metal" is conducted and the interval of the thermal stability metallic contacts is determined.
