The objective is to expose successes and shortcomings of STC in 1999, to develop suggestions on exceeding of STC efficiency. The research showed that in 1999 scientific technical YugNIRO cooperation was comparatively intensive. It refers to the Azov-Black Sea region as well as cooperation with international organizations within international programs (TACIS, GODAR). Relations with international organizations (CCAMLR, FAO, Eastfish) have been developed. New contacts were made and search of new perspective partners was carried out.
