The aim of the given work is experimentally and theoretically to look for the conservation conditions of the original form of a vector singularity and field state polarization in optical fibers due to the fiber parameter changing and exterior perturbations. Besides, it has been studied the dynamic process of spin-orbit angular momentum convertion along an optical fiber. The investigation method is the processing light information method emitted from a fiber output by mean of a computer technology. By these results one has been made the associated evaluation the experimental and theoretical data. The investigation results are the evolution model of dislocations and disclination in fields of the optical fiber mode combinations. It has been obtained the conditions of the optical excitation and propagation of the optical vortex stady state along a low-mode fiber.
