In activity the computer-information support of operation of systems implemented: - data bank of uninhabited premises; - data bank of objects of the municipal property; - system "Right"; - automated system of financial - accounting activity; - information recording system and control of fulfilment of the documents. The development was conducted and the technological support is informational - computer technologies of information processing about granting on hire basis of uninhabited premises of the municipal property of city, and also maintenance service of computer facilities. The introduction of information technology provides the information basis for the analysis of use of municipal property of city and uninhabited fund of city, and also rationalization of acceptance of the administrative solutions on their further use, including granti ng it on hire basis to subjects of economic activity. The software is executed on ПЭВМ IBM/PC with use a DBMS DBASE III PLUS/CLIPPER in environment MS-DOS. The results are used in practical work of Headquarters by property of city of Kyiv. Users of the developed design solutions there can be managements property of state administrations, urban and region advices of the national deputies, ministries /departments /, which are located on territory of city, regional structures both divisions of Fund of state and municipal property.
