The materials of the radiophysical apparatus preliminary desing are developed for remote automatic revealing of sea surface oil pollution in real time. Radiophysical apparatus will detect oil slicks with thickness from 1 micron and minimal linear sizes 200 m with speed of a sea surface review of 700 km/h (400 m with speed of 1350 km/h and 800 m with speed of 2500 km/h). Radiophysical apparatus will determinate the area and coordinates oil slicks with a root-mean-square error 10% and 100 m respectively.
