The designing of Centre stands are executed according to a problem of certification under the navigational characteristic requirements, established ICAO for plane flights in Europian region in a base zone navigation mode (BRNAV). Stand No 1 will be used for archiving and updating of the date. Stand No 2 will be used for check of conformity of borne radionavigational apparatus by modeling on computer method. The stand No 1 is made. The tests of the stand are carried out. The stand No 1 is workplace, which allows to organize functioning of Centre with the help algorithmic maintenance.
