The purpose of work - to study specific pharmacological activity of substation (mumie) in experience on the laboratory animals, to develop the project of normative document on the medicinal form (tablets) and to carry out medico-biological researches of tablets. Methods of research - hematological, sanitari-chemical, toxicologic, statistical. Chemical composition, organoleptic and physico-chemical properties, contents of biological - active substances, compatibility the substation (mumie) with laboratory animals and specific pharmacological activity of substation are investigated. The substation (mumie) contains a complex macro- and microelements (mass share of ashes not more than 22,6%). Physiological activity of mumie is caused by presence in its structure oxycumarins (not less than 0,6%). Allowable levels of the contents of salts of heavy metals are based. The substation in a doze 10 mg/kg stimulates processes of differentiat ion and ripening of crates erythro- and granulocytopoiesis, caused increase of the contents myelokaryocytes in punctum of a bone marrow of guinea pig. Osmotic resistance of a erythrocytes did not undergo authentic changes on an extent of all experiment. The substation did not cause degenerative changes in leukocytes. The project of the normative document on the medicinal form - "Tablets mumie" is developed.
