The following works were carried out: - the technical assignment for the working out of the technical documentation for different vacuum device and units was coordinate; - the engineering drawings and electrical circuits of the dc magnetron power supply post were developed; - the working algorithm of the vacuum plant was developed; - the electrical circuits of the vacuum evacuation system and vacuum post were worked out; - the engineering drawings of the vacuum chamber with differe nt units and vacuum evacuation system were worked out; - the electrical circuits of the automatic control system for the different unit of the vacuum plant were developed.
