The aim: investigation of ionospheric plasma using Ukrainian incoherent scatter data. The novelty: by means of incoherent scatter radar, which is the only one at the middle latitudes of Europe, the unique data about ionosphere behavior under solar activity encreasing are obtained. The measurements data of termal processes have been analised. The efficiency of introduction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connexions development.
