The aim: investigation of ionospheric plasma using Ukrainian incoherent scatter data. The novelty: by means of incoherent scatter radar, which is the only one at the middle latitudes of Europe, the unique data about ionosphere behavior under solar activity encreasing are obtained. The methodics of data measurements and processing are developed. It gave possibility to improve the method informativity. The efficiency of introduction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connexions development. The area (branch) of application: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial connexions and circumterrestrial environment; forward-looking technologies of information, the devices of complex automatisation, the systems of communication.
