Diagnostic and curative tactics were analysed, prognostic criteria of haemorrhage relapse were worked out, immune status of the patients and coagulation system were examined, influense of antisecretory factors on GIHDG relapse was studied, hemostasis stability evaluation methods were elaborated. The choice of acute GIHDG treatment methods was worked out on the base of abovelisted data and original methods of diagnosis and treatment. This has given the opportunity to optimise and improve treatment tactics and lower mortality of intra- and postoperative complications.
