The researches were carried out with use of means of communication, personal computer, incorporated in a local network, newest system software. During performance of work: the forms of the entrance and outgoing documents, algorithms of the analysis of the information were developed technology of the tax and processing of the information,; software of formation and support of databases, processing and registration of parameters. The software is adapted to the automated workplace on technical devices of a workstation of a local directory network RAI; Monitoring a condition of parameters of debts of the enterprises and scientific organizations on wages, payments in the budget and in pension fund was carried out. By basic scientific and technical production, which is created and is handed under the contract with the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, is t he Collections of the information and analytical reports. In the information and analytical reports the results of researches behind the named above parameters are submitted, where the data are incorporated on industrial complexes and areas of the Ministry. In particular, in the reports the diagrams and table of the data total and on kinds of debts of the Ministry in general and on industrial complexes are given. Ratings of debts of payments in the budget on industrial complexes with distribution on branches. A rating of the enterprises and organizations on debts of payments in the budget, which makes 84,6 % from total debts. In the table of ratings are given a duty on the end of accounting month, % from total debts, average list number working on these enterprises.
