The information relating safety demands as to different directions of spent fuel management activity especially relating independent spent fuel storage's was analyzed. There was also done comparison of Ukrainian demands about the spent fuel management safety and some foreign analogues including USA normative demands and IAEA recommendations. There were analyzed some variants of spent fuel problem solving and effected estimation prognoses which may be the foundation of decisions in spent fuel management policy in Ukraine. There was developed special database which makes it possible active analysis the situation with spent fuel decision making relating safety assurance for spent fuel management.
