The drug was use for 30 patients with chronic constipations. 20 patients of control group with analogic diagnosis had treatment with application of the drug Bisacodil which was created of firm "ICN Polfa Rzeszow", Polonia. It was found that therapeutic effectiveness of drugs Bisacodil which was created оf OAT "Concern Stirol" and Bisacodil which was created of firm "ICN Polfa Rzeszow", Polonia is equivalent.
