The principles of action of devices of protection ensuring such function are developed: - switching-off of a link draw of a network in a place of loading at touch by a ladle of a dredge of a contact wire; - automatic repeated inclusion of a link draw of a network after liquidation of failure; - switching-off of a source of energy at short circuit draw of a network on a ground in any place of a network. In work the entrance requirements for the technical project on the device of protection draw of a network from short circuits on a ground and touch by a ladle of a contact wire also are reasonable.
