Aim of study - determination of influence on the course of radiаtion sickness by new preparations - intersobents named "Силлард-П high dispercian silice, "Вiтасел", "Гербанол", "Натален" which are worked out in Vinnitsa state medical university. Methods of research - toxicological, biochemical, immunological, hematogical and statistical. Results of research - The new technology of the reception of the new radioprotective preparations "Силлард-П", "Витасел" (HDS plus ?-carotin, ?-tochopherol, sodium selenit), "Натален" (HDS plus ethyl-merckaptbensіlimidasol) and "Гербанол" (HDS plus Rhodiola rosea L., Aralia Mandshurica, Lagochilus inebrians) are worked out. All of the new preparations have the radioprotective effect. The preparations named "Вітасел" and "Гербанол" were not enough resistant after coservation saving and thos e were determined as less perspective. "Силлард-П" and especially "Гербанол" promote the lifetime of the investigated animals, quickly normalige the level of the erythrosytes, lieucocytes, T-helperes in the blood, myelokaryocytes in the bone marrou and other biochemical, immunological, hematological, morphological indexes of radiation sickness. "Силлард-П" is the harmless substance (is pharm item) and it is perspectivlu to promote the research of the indexes for his application as radioprotective preparation. The preparation named "Натален" has high radioprotective activity too those it is necessary to continue investigation of his specific activity as radiopro-tective harmless preparation with further clinical application.
