The aim of the working out: the creation of the instrumental-programming complex for the work in studio and out of studio conditions on the base of technological equipment of Poltava television-radio company. The results and novelty: the instrumental-programming video complex had been created which makes it possible to use the equipment in the most optimum way which Poltava television-radio company possesses for solving takes of creation of component tract of formation and working out of television signal. The main designer's technical-economic indicators: the designal complex allows to form, assemble, record on video-record and issue different programmes of reporting and artstic character. Processing of the video-signal inside of the complex is componental. The programming video-signal on the entrance of the complex in the standart PAL, SECAM, component Y, Pr, Pb. The recewing of the outside component video-signal in the standart of S ECAM is possible. The complex has the possibilih'es of the work with other television complexes, either in supporting and leading conditions. The recewing and transmission of programming video and sound signals synchroniztion from the leading complexes (in the supporting condition) and performing of outside complexes (in the leading condition) are ensured. The complex comprises the following equipment: - 5 TV cameras; - componental 16-entry videomixer; - video-recorders; - 12-entry sound-mixer control-desk;- sound tape-recorder; - the system of technological communication; - the system of sound control and making the sound tract.
