New software for studying the strength and stability of such structures permitting to conduct more exactly estimations with consideration for new various factors is developed: inadequate shapes of contact surfaces, original deflections and residual stresses in the rod elements of the frame and others. Production charts for manufacturing new elements of complex nonuniform shelled thin-walled structures for antenna and wavequide engineering (wavequides, slot aerials) based on the methods of electroforming are developed. The technology makes it possible to produce the above structures with a high degree of accuracy. The relusts can be used for various branches of today's machine-building.
