The object of research is capable to ensure a high scientific level at use in psychiatry. The basic purpose of research: revealing of a role biological, clinical and social factors in socially dangerous actions of the patients by a schizophrenia for their prophylaxis. For diagnostics socially of dangerous actions of the patients the schizophrenia uses clinical-psychopathologic and experimental-psychological methods. The introduction of research, which is carried out, is capable to develop ways of early diagnostics socially of the dangerous tendencies of the patients by a schizophrenia, and also to give an opportunity to develop rational medical and rehabilitation-preventive measures on this problem. The results, which collect during research, will allow to decide still some powerful questions in psychiatry - both theoretical, and practical. With the help of introduction in practical public health services 5 published scientific clauses during the first stage of researches will be possible to lower steadily growing now cases SDA at early stages of disease. Further, scientific work, which is carried out, will enable on the basis of clinical-psychological research to make the complemented detailed analysis of mechanisms of formation and displays SDA at the patients by a schizophrenia. The novelty of this research is based on the new approach of study SDA at the patients by a schizophrenia - complex study biological, clinical and social factors in SDA of the patients by a schizophrenia with the various forms and types of current of process. The innovation consists in work in intensifying efficiency of diagnostics SDA of the patients by a schizophrenia by purposeful revealing biological and social factors by an anamnestic method. The complex method of study of parit ies between clinical, biological and social factors will favour to the doctors of a network of practical public health services in search predicnions SDA of the patients by a schizophrenia and in allocation among them of group of risk.
