The purpose of work: To conduct the profound examination of children from the groups with radiation risk using the family approach to the assessment of the risk development of multifactor genesis pathology in suffered children's contingents. Methods of examinations: screening, clinical, clinico-genetical, hematological, immunological, instrumental, mathematical ones. is established that the negative tendencies in health status of children involved in accident situation are remained in post Chernobyl accident period. Disorders in the function of respiratory, digestive, immune, hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid systems and in vegetative regulation of the heart rhythm with high risk of the development of multifactor pathology are observed. The usage of the family approach has shown, that the size of relative risk in the realization of multifactor pathology is closely connected with t he severity of genealogical anamnesis, the accumulation of the conforming pathology in parentage, the presence of the unfavourable medico-biological factors, microsocial medium defects and changes in the functional state of systems, which were studied. The most informative clinical, ultrasonic and laboratory characteristics of latent forms of hypothyroidism are outlined. It has been established, that 95-99 % irradiation dose is dependent on external and internal irradiation owing to caesium - 137 in the structure of the total annual dose.
