Objective to increase the efficiency of treatment of oncologic patients by development and refinement of methods of prevention, correction and rehabilitation of complications of radiotherapy and complex treatment. Research methods: clinical, psychologic, instrumental (electrocardio-graphy, tetrapolar rheography, roencephalography, study of the function of the external respiration), ultrasonic, X-ray, laboratory, statistical. Instrumentation: electrocardiograph FX-326U (Fukuda Denshi), rheograph R4-02, units "Median-1", PC P200 MMX ("Spiro" program). Results: The program of monitoring and prediction of complications of anti tumor therapy for basic groups of oncoligic patients was improved. Scientific knowledge concerning the most informative clinical-laboratory and instrumental techniques of diagnosis of cardiopulmonary, gas trointestinal, nervous system and system of hemopoiesis was obtained for oncologic patients treated with radiotherapy. Efficiency: the use of the obtained scientific knowledge will promote improvement of efficiency of treatment of oncological patients by improvement of prognosis of early complications of radiotherapy.
