The stand for check of conformity of borne radio navigation apparatus by modeling on computer method is developed according to a problem of certification under the navigational characteristic requirements, established ICAO for plane flights in Europian region in a base zone navigation mode (BRNAV). The tests of the stand are carried out. The software of Centre stands is developed on the basis of mathematical model for assessment of planes collision risk. The structure of model and its components is shown. The algorithm structure for calculation of Integrated Navigational System errors is developed.
