The target of the work is the identification of basic directions of improvement the social budget model based on critical analysis of standard-legislative acts and methodical modeling approaches. The methods of research are the system approach to the object, when studied and based on essence of social problems practical analysis. The methods of quantitative analysis, generalization, bunching and modeling are also used in the model.
