The purpose of the work is to develop the approaches based scientifically for technology creation of thin sheet multi-layer niobium-titanium composite production by use of pulse sources of heating and pressure working. These methods allow to abtaine rocket engine hot part thin-wall details. Methods of investigation which are used: optical metallography, X-rays structure analysis, micro-hardness measuring, mechanical tests, nondestructive defectoscopy (ultrasonic defectoscopy and measuring of electric resistance). It has been established, that after manufacturing but before deformation the composite samples must undergo obligatory heat treatment in vacuum (in order to achieve the optimal plastisity of titanium layer). Rolling, which does not lead to appreciable structural defects is to be carried out according to the regyme: heating up to 300 C, deformation 15-20%.
