Aim of the work is implantation of new method of the laparoscopic technology and improve the results of surgical treatment. Method of investigation is clinical, biological, morphological, radiological. Equipment - doppler sonograph, CT, equipment for laparoscopic operations. The result of treatment by laparoscopic and laparotomy method of the 857 patient was analyzed. For the first time in Ukraine was used intraoperative laparoscopic two-dimensional sonography, spectral color pauerdopplersonography, developed algorithm of the method range and technical feature of the laparoscopic operations. Determined contra-indication, investigated complications and suggested method of elimination. Field of using is clinical and laparoscopic surgery department.
