The research was carried out with use of means of communication, PC, newest system and applied software. During performance of work were modified: technology of the tax and processing of the information, form of the entering information messages of the enterprises; the forms of the leaving documents of the documents - information analytical reports; algorithms of the analysis of the information; software of formation of information databases, processing of the information and registration of parameters by results of monitoring; were investigated, including, registration number of the workers, with which have run into debt; debts which has lossed on manufacture; general change in repayment of debts on to a payment in comparison with the last year with a condition on 10.11.2000y. By basic scientific tech nical production, which is created and is transferred under the contract are the breadboard models of the information analytical reports. In the information analytical reports the results of researches on named above to parameters, where the data are incorporated on conditional regions of Ukraine, on industrial complexes and managements, on areas move.
