The aim of the work: experimental and theoretical investigation of the rotational spectra of the symmetric species of the freon molecules; the testing of the methods of the measurements of the water concentration in atmosphere with the help of path CO2-lidar. The automated spectrometer of the submillimeter wave range is built. The recording of the rotational spectra of the CCl3F molecule were perfomed in the submillimeter wave range (220 - 360 GHz), where the hypefine structure of the transitions can be neglected. The set of the molecular parameters of the hamiltonian, which describes with high accuracy the millimeter and submillimeter wave spectra of the CFC-11, has been obtained for the first time. The experiments were carried out on the employement of the path CO2-lidar for the measurements of the water concentration in atmosphere in the real time scale. With the aim of the assignment and measurement of the concentration of dangerous gas admixtures a new method for the processing of the data from CO2-lidar observations is proposed. The results will be used for the predictions of the ozone layer variations, global warming effects, and also for the development of new means of the air pollution monitoring.
