Karazin popup.description2 The result of the research of dynamics of migration and segregation intermetallic inclusions with Fe in Zr alloys are presented in this work. The segregation on the surface layer is due to effective interaction of the phases inclusions with the grain boundaries is developed. The rise of concentration of Fe-intermetallides in surface layers of zirconium alloys is connected with growth intermetallids particles, fast particles diffusion under grain boundaries and increase of crystalline perfection of intermetallic phases under ageing of deformed alloys. The results of experimental investigation of graphite surface by scanning tunnelling microscopy are presented. The periodic modulation of surface electron density is founded. The character of this modulation is similar to the fine-scale modulation of electron density in crystal cell on graphite surface. On the base of experimental data and earlier developed theory the values of character times of the collective processes formed large-scale regular structur es similar monocrystal cell are carried.
