Karazin popup.description2 The purpose of work are explanation of new physical regularities of shaping of the acoustic and Doppler recall of biological areas and determination of mechanisms of radiation effect on structurally functional properties of plasmatic membranes, search of new path of increase of membrane components radioresistance. There was established the level of biological fabrics transitions, stimulated by heart beat, which results to tissue small transitions with characteristic time, which coincides with the time of one cordial cycle. The conclusion was made that the transitions level on an order of magnitude is the same as at shift perturbations initiated by an additional ultrasonic radiation, which requires the increase of datas calculations speed. The error of measurement of biological tissue transitions, which are conditioned by the reflected signal phase part that is formed accidentally, owing to availability a spectrum-structure of a signal was investigated by the computer modelling method. The magnitude of the such error for use of the transition measurement phase method, applied in developed experimental installation was established. The algorithm and computer program for study cross-correlation method of biological tissue transitions measurement were developed. As a result of work performed the brominethymol blue sorption by thimosids plasmatic membranes, the influence of membrane fiber concentration and antioxidant on the postradiation activity of fixed membrane ferments were also investigated.
