Karazin popup.description2 It is shown that alpha-cluster structure is strongly manifested in 20Ne nuclei and the assumption about that allows us to agree with the calculated and measured observables in the elastic 800 MeV proton scattering on this nuclei. The theory of electron mobility on the surface of HeII is created. We carry out a comparison of obtained results with experimental data and propose new experiments which allow one to obtain information on electron-electron interaction.
