Karazin popup.description2 The objects of investigations were Cu-Ni alloys with various concentrations of components, pure metals (Cu, Ni) and also alkali-halides crestals NaI and KI. The aim of work was to study the influence of properties of solids, in particular, the electron states density, on process of excited sputtered particles forming; to analyze the quantum yield of radiation of hydrogen atoms scattered from alkali-halides crystals surfaces in correlation with these crystals luminescence, to clear the energy distribution of scattered particles of primary beam. The investigations method was the optical spectral analysis of radiation of excited particles flying off from the solid surface. The results showing the significant influence of physical-chemical properties of material (zone structure, the electron states density) on the probability of sputtered particles flying off in determined excited state were got. The correlation between the presence of excited electrons in forbidden crystal zone that are responsible for lu minescence and the amount of scattered in excited state particles of hydrogen has been cleared. The dependence of the quantum yield of radiation of scattered particles and the probability of their excitation on cation atomic mass was settled. The computer modeling of process of hydrogen ions scattering with NaI and KI crystals was done. The obtained results can be used at the development of mechanism of ion photon emission phenomenon ant at the development of methods of solids surface analysis on the base of this phenomenon.
