The purpose of work -analytical research for definition of levels of average expected life expectancy (AELE) of the population owing to death, estimation of the contribution of these causes of death, sex and age in reduction of AELE and development on this basis of ways of its prolongation. The received results. The growth of the mortality in all researched territories is caused basically of the mortality of the population of able-bodied age from somatic illnesses and external reasons. At the general tendency of growth is brave death from neoplasms in the period after accident for the persons is more senior than 45 years both on is RPT, and in the control the presence of groups of higher risk on this pathology in the age of 15-29 years is observed.
