It has been determined that trends of growth of the non-cancer pathology prevalence have no considerable difference between age groups of the clean-up workers; if the dose of external irradiation of the whole body is equal to 250 mZv or more the clean-up workers become a group of rise risk of some non-cancer diseases; the leikemia and thyroid gland cancer incidences among the clean-up workers excess the rate of the same incidence of population of the Ukraine. In the cohorts of adult population evacuated from the 30-km zone the most level of prevalence has been revealled among persons evacuated in the first two days after the Disaster. The analytical quantitative calculations of prior somatic consequences have shown general particularities in formation of morbidity among all children victim population: the risk of development of vegetative dystonia, cardiopathy and diseases of digestion organs has been determined.
